Climate Work

Much of my work has had a thread of climate. I have worked on projects that have had direct climate implications (such as fuel cells/battery development) while others have more oblique climate implications (3D printing creating parts with less material, decreasing climate shipping impacts). Since 2021, I have been a manager at Mitra Chem, where I work on developing battery materials to power electric vehicles, grid storage and more. Our focus is on low-cost, safe, non-heavy metal cathode materials.

Work on Climate

In 2020, I also helped start, and joined the board of Work on Climate, a non-profit devoted to making climate work mainstream. There i have helped to grow an online community from 0 to 30,000, hired staff, and contributed to the strategy of the organization. I have held the position of Treasurer since 2021, managing the financial reporting.
